It's 9.11 today

At work, I just glanced at my desk phone and the display's top line struck me funny:
11:09 09/11/07 x1919.

The time is 11:09am. My extension is 1919. All fine.
The date struck me funny, it's 09/11/07 - the 9 November (9 listopadu) here
It's not November 9 or 11.09.07.
I just finished off a PPT presentation, where I wrote the date as 9 Nov 2007 without a thought.

Just one of those things.
