Being Sick Is No Reason To Stay Indoors

Ella returned to school this morning. Between the chicken pox and a decent cough, she was away from nursery school for more than 2 weeks. We smiled when we learned many kids (and their parents) had been asking about her. Guess being 1 of 2 foreigners in a class of 26 makes her stand out. Now, if only Ella really understood what they're so excited about... :)

Being sick didn't keep Ella indoors though. Over the past couple weeks, she's spent plenty of time outside. We've had a mild fall, early winter so far with most days in the high teens (C), 50's-60's (F). A few pictures of the kids doing their favorite thing - swinging.

Did anyone catch Ella's footwear? She's on a "I have to be different" kick, hence the two different shoes.

New friends of ours, Jennifer and Michael, came to visit Prague last week. Jeff got to meet them early in their stay and again later when they stopped over to also meet Maylia and, well the next picture says it all.

Hearing from them since, it sounds like they really enjoyed Prague. Coming from a couple that travels as much as they do, that says a lot. We enjoyed our time together - thanks Jennifer & Michael!
